Termination

In order to process the cancellation of your credit card, we require your signed request for security reasons. Please send it by post or by fax at +41 58 958 88 85.

The card can be terminated at any time without notice. However, the execution of your order may take several days after receiving your letter.

If your card has been issued by a bank, we kindly ask you to contact your bank directly as, in this case, we need a confirmation from your bank. The latter will be happy to assist you on this matter.
