Annual card fee redemption

In the rewards shop at one-digitalservice.ch, cardholders can pay the annual fee for their card using surprize points or can get a refund of the annual card fee if it’s already been paid, as follows. Holders of a silver card: 1/2 of the regular annual fee. Holders of a Gold card: 1/2 or all of the regular annual fee.

You can request a waiver of 1/2 or all of the annual card fee for the upcoming fee period any time as a surprize reward. If the annual card fee has already been billed to you, you also have the option of redeeming the reward retroactively within 2 months of billing (as of the end of the month).

You can use your surprize points to pay your annual card fee as follows: You can manually request an annual card fee waiver as a reward in the rewards shop. You can activate the automatic annual card fee waiver (“Annual card fee subscription”) as a reward. However, you can have the annual card fee waived or refunded only once per fee period, either by manually requesting it or in subscription form.

Manual request in the rewards shop

• Deduction of points: Immediately upon ordering the reward

• Retroactive refund of the annual fee: Yes. This is possible within 2 months of billing of the annual card fee (as of the end of the month).

Activate the annual card fee reward as a subscription; from then on, as a surprize reward, your annual card fee will be automatically waived until you deactivate this reward option or cancel your card.

• Deduction of points: Upon billing of the annual card fee

• Retroactive refund of the annual fee: No, this is not possible
