surprize is the rewards programme of Viseca. Whenever you use an eligible credit card or prepaid card to pay for purchases anywhere in the world, you earn valuable surprize points. The points you’ve earned can be viewed any time you like on your personal surprize account and you can conveniently redeem them for attractive rewards at one-digitalservice.ch or in the “one” app. You will also receive special personalised offers called “surprises” that let you earn extra points in special campaigns or order rewards at especially attractive conditions.

Anyone who holds either a credit card or prepaid card issued by Viseca Card Services SA is eligible to participate in the surprize rewards programme (exceptions: Business, Corporate, Platinum*, Basic, International in EUR or USD, Flying Blue World cards). All the cards that are eligible for the surprize rewards programme are listed in the card overview at www.viseca.ch/credit-card.

* Special conditions apply to Platinum cards. If you have questions about surprize and your Platinum card, please call our customer service on +41 58 958 86 86.

All surprize partners offer either vouchers or opportunities to donate points to charitable organisations through the rewards shop. surprize supplements these offers itself with a range of other kinds of rewards. “Boost Loyalty” is the company responsible for operational rewards management.

Earning surprize points:

• Every time you use your card to pay for a purchase, you’ll earn surprize points (no points are awarded for cash withdrawals or fees charged by Viseca).

• Extra points can be earned in special surprize point campaigns and contests.

Redeeming surprize points:

• You can conveniently redeem your surprise points for rewards or vouchers in the surprize rewards shop. Or, you can donate points to selected charitable organisation.

• During special point redemption campaigns, the conditions for redeeming your surprize points are even more attractive.

You can withdraw from the surprize rewards programme at any time without notice. You must notify Viseca in writing that you wish to terminate your participation in the programme. The surprize points on your account can be redeemed for rewards within 90 days of terminating your participation in the programme. After 90 days, your surprize account will be cancelled. Any remaining surprize points cannot be paid out in cash.

surprize partners are businesses designated as such by Viseca within the surprize rewards programme, who offer vouchers at one-digitalservice.ch or in the “one” app. As an alternative to a voucher, some partners offer you the option of donating your points to a charitable organisation. You exchange your surprize points for the reward of your choice.

The number of surprize partners is not fixed and is always growing. We want to be able to continuously surprise you with an exciting, varied range of offers. An overview of our current surprize partners is available online at www.viseca.ch/en/surprize.
