The revised Swiss Money Laundering Act requires Viseca to regularly verify that the data of its credit card customers is up to date. As a result, you may receive a letter from us asking you to confirm your data, which only takes a few steps. Here's what you should know.
As a credit card issuer, Viseca has been subject to more extensive duties of care since the revised Swiss Money Laundering Act came into force. That is why we regularly review our customers' personal details in order to ascertain beneficial ownership.
If you are required to carry out this review, you will receive a letter from Viseca containing a QR code and your personal authentication code. The review will be carried out via a secure website (https://datacheck.one-digitalservice.ch). Please check carefully that the address is actually correct. You will only be asked to enter the authentication code provided in the letter and your card number to verify your identity.
Stop the process immediately if you are asked to provide any other details of your credit card. Viseca will never ask you for a password, PIN or card verification value (CVV), and that includes during this data verification process. This makes the process very secure for you, and prevents any form of abuse. Please make sure that you review your data within 20 days as otherwise your credit card will be blocked.
Here's what to do
You will receive by post the letter telling you to carry out the mandatory review of your customer data. Scan the QR code or access the website using this link:
