Theft, loss, damage or destruction
Please contact the transport company immediately to discuss how to proceed and to obtain written confirmation. You must also report any theft immediately to the local police and have a police report drawn up. Please also keep damaged items available until the claim is settled. Delay Please contact the transport company immediately to report the delay and have a damage report drawn up.
Send the following documents as soon as possible to travel@europassistance.ch:
- Proof that at least 50% of the cost of the trip was paid for with one or more valid Viseca company credit cards (copy of monthly statement)
- Booking confirmation
- In case of delay and damage: Damage report by the airline and purchase receipts/repair invoice -
- In case of theft: Police report
