You earn surprize points on every purchase you make with your eligible card anywhere in the world. surprize points are not awarded for cash withdrawals or fees charged by Viseca.

It’s easy to accumulate surprize points. Here’s how you earn points:

• 1 point per Swiss franc for all purchases made with your card

• Additional points for special offers, contests and other surprises

The points you accumulate are credited to your surprize account. Please note that there may be a lag between the time your transaction is made and the time the points are credited to your surprize account.

The surprize points you earn will be credited to your surprize account within 4 working days of the transaction.

All individuals who have an eligible credit card or prepaid card issued by Viseca Card Services SA automatically participate in the rewards programme. A list of the eligible cards is provided at www.viseca.ch/credit-card.

You also have the option of donating your surprize points to selected charitable organisations. You can donate 100 surprize points or more to support a good cause.

No. Only the primary cardholder is entitled to redeem surprize points for rewards.

Redeemed points are immediately deducted from your surprize account. You can check the balance of your points any time at one-digitalservice.ch or in the “one” app.

surprize points are valid for a nominal period of 3 years. Unused points always expire on 31 December of the year in which they are due to lapse. In the surprize points overview, you are notified in good time when points are nearing their expiry. You can also check the expiry dates of your points any time online.

Example: All surprize points earned in 2021 will expire on 31 December 2024. Points earned in January are valid for a total of 3 years and 11 months. Points earned in December are valid for 3 years and max. 31 days.

Points can only be transferred between cards associated with the same login. To transfer points to a single primary card, visit one-digitalservice.ch and go to the register card > transfer points to another card.

In both cases, the surprize points you have earned can be redeemed for rewards online for a period of 90 days. After 90 days, your surprize account will be cancelled. Any remaining surprize points cannot be paid out in cash.

To view all the transactions that are eligible for points, log into one-digitalservice.ch and you will find an overview of your points in the surprize tab. If you receive a paper bill by post, a points overview will be sent to you with your bill once a quarter.
