What does the Concierge Service include?

Do you have a special request? The Concierge Service will organise almost anything for Platinum cardholders, e.g. tickets, restaurant reservations, gifts and flowers. The Concierge Service is at your disposal around the clock on +41 58 958 80 00.

Who is insured?

The insurance covers the cardholder (primary, second, additional and partner cards), their spouse or partner living in the same household and children under the age of 25 who are entitled to support, provided they live in the same household or are resident in Switzerland.
